Cucumber Cooler

This vitamin- and mineral-infused cucumber water from Rozanne Stevens makes a refreshing summer drink and is a healthier alternative to sugar laden soft drinks.
Ingredients
- 2 litres water
- 4 cups of ice cubes
- 2 English cucumbers
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
Method
Peel the cucumbers into long ribbons with a vegetable peeler. Carry on going until all the cucumber is peeled.
Place the cucumber in a large jug. Pour over the lime juice and top up with water. Keep topping up as needed.
Serve over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
