Whip up the cutest Easter treats with these yoghurt bunny lollipops – they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!
Ingredients
- 250 g Greek-style or plain dairy-free yoghurt
- 3-4 tablespoons dairy-free berry yoghurt
- dark chocolate chips
- a sprinkling of desiccated coconut
Method
Add the yoghurts to two separate piping bags and cut off the ends.
With the plain yoghurt, pipe bunny shapes onto a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top.
Use the berry yoghurt to create the ears and nose and create the eyes using the dark chocolate chips.
Freeze for around an hour and enjoy.
