Sweet and simple, these healthy little treats are great any time of day!
- 75 g stoned dates
- 75 g dried apricots
- 50 g seedless raisins
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 50 g chopped and browned almonds
Place the dates, apricots, raisins and apple juice in a food-processor or blender and work together until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Form the mixture into balls the size of a cherry, then roll them in the almonds until completely coated.
