Golden gyozas meet a rainbow of crunchy vegetables in this fresh, flavour-packed salad that’s perfect for a quick meat free meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 vegetable gyozas
  • 1 large carrot
  • ¼ red cabbage
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon crispy chilli oil
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • edamame beans
  • fresh coriander

Method

Cook the gyozas as per the packet instructions, to make them crispy and golden – either air fry or pan fry them with a little oil.

While they are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Using a vegetable peeler to create ribbons of carrot and shredded red cabbage, then thinly slice the spring onions.

To make the dressing, combine the soy sauce, crispy chilli oil, lime juice, sesame seeds and agave syrup. Taste and adjust the flavours as per your preference.

In a large bowl, combine the gyozas, vegetables and the dressing and stir through some edamame beans and fresh coriander. Enjoy!
