These Date Hearts are a deliciously simple way to share the love this Valentine’s Day, with a creamy peanut butter centre and a tasty dark chocolate finish.
Ingredients
- 12 medjool dates
- 4 tablespoons smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 100 g melted dark chocolate
- chopped peanuts
Method
Slice halfway down each date and carefully remove the date seed/stone.
Mould and press down the date to form a heart shape.
Spoon a thin layer of peanut butter on top of each date and follow with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
Sprinkle on top some chopped peanut and refrigerate until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
