A tangy, spicy cucumber salad that’s frightfully fresh … ideal for your Halloween feast.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chilli oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a sprinkling of sesame seeds
Method
Thinly slice the cucumber into circles.
Cut into a skull shape using a knife and a straw for the eyes.
Make the dressing by mixing together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil and sugar.
Place the cucumber skulls onto a plate or a bowl and spoon over the dressing.
Sprinkle on top some sesame seeds and serve.
