High Protein Chocolate Mousse

Chocolatey rich and packed with protein, this mousse needs only two ingredients and comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 200 g dairy-free dark chocolate, melted
- 600g silken tofu
Method
Add the silken tofu to a high speed blender along with the melted chocolate. Blend until smooth.
Spoon into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with grated dark chocolate and some fresh raspberries.
Make it your own by blending in your favourite flavours such as orange zest, peppermint essence, amaretto, a shot of espresso, peanut butter, coconut, or simply sweeten with agave or maple syrup.
