In honour of Cancer Prevention Action Week, the World Cancer Research Fund is taking aim at a common culprit: processed meat. With research showing a 16% increased risk of bowel cancer for every 50g of processed meat consumed (which is equivalent to the average slice of ham), it’s clear that a change is needed. So we’re weighing in with our favourite plant-based sandwich alternatives for this week’s Great British Sarnie Swap!
