The book is organised into three chapters: ‘Basics’ consists of 75 vegan staples like nut milks and tofu and provides the foundation for the other two sections, ‘Everyday’ covers breakfast through to dinner, and ‘Celebrations’ offers recipes for larger events such as brunch. Featured alongside the recipes are beautiful images of the final dishes, and of the Icelandic landscape, taken by Solla’s daughter Hildur Ársælsdóttir.
