Fruity Mango Chia Popsicles

These popsicles are a refreshing snack that kids and adults alike will love.

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen mango fruit pulp, thawed (e.g Goya Mango Fruit Pulp)
  • 350 g chia seeds (e.g Goya Organic Chia Seeds)
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries, sliced or diced (e.g Goya Organic Frozen Strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup, optional (e.g Goya Organic Blue Agave)

Method

In a bowl, combine mango fruit pulp, ½ cup water, chia seeds, frozen strawberries and agave syrup (optional).

Place mixture in popsicle moulds.

Place in freezer for 3 hours or until thoroughly frozen.

When ready to serve, run the mould under warm water to loosen the popsicle. Enjoy!
