Bright, colourful and bursting with berries and bananas, this smoothie bowl is the perfect way to start the day!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 handful fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 handful fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
- 200 g dairy-free yoghurt
- 100 ml plant milk
- optional toppings such as chia seeds, granola, sliced fruit and nut butter
Method
Put the berries, bananas, plant milk and dairy-free yoghurt into a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash more milk if needed.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add optional toppings of choice.
