Inspired by a variety of exciting recipes from Hugh’s TV series and cookbook River Cottage Veg Every Day!, the course – which will take place on 12 September at the River Cottage seventeenth century farmhouse on the borders of Devon and Dorset – is designed to teach participants a range of skills and techniques whilst applying the River Cottage philosophy to cookery.
Running from 10 am to 5 pm, and including a tractor ride down to the cottage and plenty of tastings, the course is perfect for Meat Free Monday supporters looking for new and exciting ways to turn their vegetables into delicious meals! More details can be found here.
