To celebrate the launch of her latest Phaidon cookbook, Vegan at Home: Recipes for a modern plant-based lifestyle, guest chef Solla Eiríksdóttir will be hosting a dinner at Pantechnicon’s Eldr Dining Rooms in collaboration with Eldr head chef Jenny Warner and Pantechnicon executive chef Chris Golding.

Guests can expect delicious vegan recipes from Solla’s book, perfect for Meat Free Monday supporters starting out on their vegan journey or for those looking for new inspiration. Check out the menu here.

The dinner will be held at 7.00 pm on Friday 25 March in Pantechnicon’s roof garden Eldr Dining Rooms, which are located at 19 Motcomb Street, London SW1X 8LB (nearest tube: Knightsbridge). The two guest tickets are for a 4-course vegan meal. Please note that drinks are not included. Each guest will also receive a copy of Vegan at Home.

– Only one entry per person permitted. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.

– The prize draw closes at 17.00 (GMT) on Thursday 24 March 2022 and entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

– One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received, to be performed by a random computer process. The winner will win two guest places at a 4-course vegan dinner, excluding drinks, at 19.00 (GMT) at Eldr, Pantechnicon, on Friday 25 March 2022. – The winner will be notified via email by Meat Free Monday by 19.00 (GMT) on Thursday 24 March 2022.

– The winner will be contacted via email by Phaidon by 12.00 (GMT) on 25 March 2022 confirming their reserved seats and the details of the dinner.
