Roasted Red Pepper and Sunflower Seed Hummus

Smoky-sweet and deliciously creamy, this hummus comes together in minutes with just six simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
- 70 g (½ cup) sunflower seeds
- 225 g roasted red peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon water
Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
Transfer into a dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, some fresh herbs, some additional roasted red pepper slices and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
Serve with toasted wholemeal pitta and/or crudites for ultimate dipping!
