Roasted Radishes with Garlic and Rosemary

Full of flavour and quick to prepare, this is a super simple way to enjoy radishes.
- 800 g radishes, topped and tailed
- 6 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 small bunch rosemary, stalk removed
- 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6. Put all the ingredients into a medium sized ovenproof dish, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until slightly caramelised. Serve immediately.
