Easy Delicious Radish Salad with Miso Dressing

Cheap to make and good for you too, this colourful salad works well as a side dish.

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • a few radishes

For the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon unrefined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon /4 teaspoons grated ginger

Method

Slice the radishes and soak in salt water for 15 minutes, wash them and dry off the excess water.

Mix all the dressing ingredients well.

Place the sliced radishes on a plate and pour the dressing.

Add some sesame seeds (optional).
