Meat Free Monday One day a week can make a world of difference

A sweet offer from ETHOS for MFM supporters

ETHOS, a new meat free restaurant in central London, is offering MFM supporters a free dessert when they spend £10 or more per person on food, until Tuesday 23 December.

Posted : 17 November 2014

Open seven days a week on Eastcastle Street, just off Oxford Circus, ETHOS specialises in meat free dishes from around the world that are bursting with flavour and colour.

Set against a stunning backdrop of silver birch trees, blue and gold hues and marble surfaces, the restaurant has a “choose, weigh and pay” system so customers can try as many of the dishes as they would like.

As well as regularly-changing vibrant salads and signatures such as the restaurant’s Aloo Scotch Egg with Spiced Tomato Ketchup, dishes available at the moment include Japanese Miso-Roasted Aubergine (Dengaku Nasu), BBQ Seitan “Ribs”, Courgette Ribbons and Feta; Eritrean Mango and Cucumber; Napa Kimchi; Italian Panzanella; Thai Sweetcorn Fritters and Indonesian Nasi Goreng.

“Sophisticated and contemporary, championing the versatility of vegetables and meat free cuisine, ETHOS is a restaurant for our times. Deliciously different in more ways than one, indulge in food as nature intended, morning, noon or night.”

See the ETHOS website for full terms and conditions of the Meat Free Monday free dessert offer.
