A refreshing and detoxing smoothie, good for your health and perfect for a Meat Free Monday!

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 1 celery
  • 200 ml cold fresh water

Method

Peel the apple and put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1 minute or until fully blended.

Drink immediately.
