A healthier way to indulge in chocolate, this delicious spread will leave you feeling guilt free and satisfied!
- 2 tablespoons vanilla powder
- 200 g chopped hazelnuts
- 300 ml (just under a tin) organic coconut milk
- 120 ml maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
- 60 g cocoa powder
Put all ingredients together and process in a blender, or with a hand blender, until they become a delicious smooth spread.
Pour the mixture into a glass cup or jam jar and enjoy out of the fridge.
(In my house it doesn’t last two minutes, but it should keep for at least a week and a half refrigerated!)
