You’re invited! Take part in our latest social media series

Calling all Meat Free Monday supporters! As you know, we’re passionate about sharing the many benefits that come from eating meat free; for animals, people and planet. However, we need some backup in the form of social media champions to help provide a realistic view of just how easy – and delicious! – plant-based eating is. That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in an exciting ‘What I Eat In A Day: #MeatFreeMonday Edition’ series. 

What does it involve?  

We’re looking for videos or images of what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner – and any snacks! – on a #MeatFreeMonday, that we can share with the wider community across our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Threads). Sounds simple? We hope so, because that’s the message we’re aiming for.

How to take part 

Either piece together some photos or footage yourself or send your pics and clips to us and our team will be happy to edit them ourselves – text and music galore!

Before submitting your photograph or video (Content) to MFM, please read these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your Content to Meat Free Mondays (MFM), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You may only enter the campaign if you are aged 13 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before submitting Content.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 MFM does not claim any rights of ownership in any individual’s Content.

2.2 You agree that MFM may, but is not required to, make your Content available on its website and social media channels, in connection with any reasonable publicity of MFM. You agree to grant MFM a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of your intellectual property rights in the Content (if any are applicable) and any accompanying materials that you provide to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the Content and any accompanying materials for such purposes

2.3 MFM may cut, crop, arrange or otherwise edit your Content to appear on MFM’s website and social media channels, and may remove your Content at any time. Your name may be published alongside your Content, but MFM may edit or delete any comments which you submit along with your Content.

2.4 You acknowledge and agree that, if your Content is selected for publication on MFM’s website and social media channels, MFM cannot guarantee that it will notify you of publication (either prior to, or following, publication).

3. RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 By submitting the Content, you warrant and undertake that: (a) if the Content features identifiable individuals, you have obtained their consent; and (b) if the Content was created by someone else, you have secured permission from the original creator, and that such Content will not infringe the copyright or any other right of any third party.

3.2 MFM reserves the right to refuse publication of any Content at its discretion and without prior notice. Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal will not be accepted and will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 If you believe Content has been submitted in error or may breach these Terms and Conditions, please contact MFM at [email protected].

4. DATA PROTECTION

4.1 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that MFM can use your name and Content in MFM’s promotional content on its website and social media channels. Any personal data collected and processed by MFM shall be in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found here.

5. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW

5.1 MFM can change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

5.2 These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant English courts.
