When did you start Meat Free Monday?
I have been struggling with my conscience over eating meat for some time. So I signed up and then just ran with it and haven’t eaten meat for three months. I feel much better for it. When I eat, my belly feels lighter and I just generally feel healthier.
Where did you hear about the campaign?
I learned about MFM through Paul McCartney’s web pages.
What motivated you to support Meat Free Monday?
Two motivations for me; the disastrous planetary consequence of the meat industry and the feeling inside myself that I don’t want to eat an animal.
