Promoter: Meat Free Monday Limited of 1 Soho Square, London W1D 3BQ (“Meat Free Monday”, “MFM”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Challenge rules
Meat Free Monday is opening a challenge for submissions of Meat Free Monday Meals in the form of a picture, painting, photo or video (the “Challenge”).
Subject to MFM’s supplies, entrants will receive a Meat Free Monday fridge magnet and one packet of basil or chive seeds (the “MFM Gifts”). MFM Gifts cannot be exchanged for any other prizes or cash and are to be used under the supervision of an adult.
Who can participate?
The Challenge is open to all UK residents (including residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged between 5 and 16 years old at the time of submission (the “Entrant”). One entry is permitted per Entrant any others received by MFM will not be eligible for the MFM Gift. MFM encourages participation from anyone aged 5-16 outside of the UK, however, they will not be eligible to an MFM Gift.

Please complete the Entry Form, which should be submitted together with your amazing Meat Free Monday Meals.
All entries can be submitted by post Meat Free Monday, 1 Soho Square, London W1D 3BQ, online [www.meatfreemondays.com/mfm-meals-entry-form/] or by email (at [email protected].).
Entries can include original: drawings, photographs, paintings, photos, or videos.
Entries cannot include: branded content, unlicensed material, existing characters or unauthorised images.
Entries must be received by midnight (GMT) on Sunday 17 October, 2021, following which the Challenge will close.

Entries which are submitted without the required information under these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
MFM may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in MFM’s sole opinion) or who, in MFM’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants. In the event Promoter’s terms and conditions are not followed, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the MFM Gift entitlement.
Entrants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Challenge.
No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for submissions which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reasons. We advise entrants to use recorded delivery, at their own expense. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants acknowledge that by entering the Challenge they grant the Promoter permission to use and/or publish their entry free of charge in all media, including MFM’s website and social media channels for the purpose of promotional use on the Meat Free Monday website and social media channels. Entrants also acknowledge that edits, alterations or amendments to the entry may be made to ensure to adapt to all forms of media use at the Promotor’s discretion.

Meat Free Monday will act at all times in line with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://meatfreemondays.com/privacy-policy/ and at all times in accordance with the relevant UK data protection legislation. Your guardian is required to provide their consent on your behalf in the Entry Form in order for MFM to process the information within your Entry.
The Promoter does not accept liability for any loss, damage, liabilities (including direct, indirect, and consequential or punitive damages) injury or disappointment incurred by Entrants who participate in this Challenge. The Promotor’s total liability for any damages, losses, or cause of action arising from this Challenge shall not exceed the total value of the MFM Gifts.
Meat Free Monday shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Challenge where such failure is caused by something outside of Meat Free Monday’s reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, without limitation, fire, acts of terrorism, weather conditions, flood, strike actions or other such industrial disturbances or disputes, acts of war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or civil disobedience or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
In the event one of these clauses should be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses of these terms and conditions shall survive, and shall remain in full force and effect.
This Challenge will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and Entrants (and their legal guardians) shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
