Part of the international Marriott chain, Mar del Plata Sheraton Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, has implemented Meat Free Monday in its staff cafeteria and runs an internal campaign encouraging employees to eat meat free at home, as well as at work, on Mondays.
