Meat Free Monday One day a week can make a world of difference

Nikkoku Trust

“Inspired by the Meat Free Monday campaign for the earth, animals and health, we at the Nikkoku Trust introduced veggie menus for the first time this year at some of the Japanese Government’s staff canteens. It’s a great honour to join this global action launched by Sir Paul McCartney, and we will continue to promote Meat Free Monday here in Japan with a variety of satisfying veggie meals.” – Keisuke Abe
