James Bates, along with Thomas White and Dominic Jones, are the three directors/co-founders of Maray, an independent small plate and cocktail restaurant with three locations in Liverpool and one in Manchester. Maray puts sustainability and provenance at the heart of everything it does and has a dedicated vegan menu.
