La Cadencia Lonchería, based in Mexico City, is a relaxed kind of restaurant, inspired by cycling, that brings global trends to traditional Mexican food. The restaurant offers Meat Free Monday specials – any vegan plate on the breakfast menu with a free coffee or juice, or any vegan plate on the lunch menu with a free soup, coffee or water.
