“We think everyone should eat less meat, for health/environmental/humanitarian reasons. Meat Free Mondays are a great way for anyone to reduce the amount of meat they eat!”

Herban – a combination of the words ‘herb’ and ‘urban’ – is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant located in the heart of Taipei City, Taiwan. While being meat free every day, Herban Kitchen & Bar has supported Meat Free Monday since opening in 2014 by removing its 10% service charge every Monday – and Mondays are markedly busier than Tuesdays.
