London Heathrow Marriott Hotel’s Executive Head Chef, Anna Pazdera, introduced Meat Free Monday to the associate canteen in the summer of 2022. While there was some hesitancy at first, Chef Anna won the associates over with her creative and varied menu, as well as by highlighting the positive environmental impact the hotel would have as a business.
